Electra Robertson
Electra Robertson was introduced to the world of classical ballet at a very young age in her mother’s dance school, that of Christina Giannoulopoulou, and later became involved in music and singing. She continued her studies at the Higher Professional Dance School of Andromachi Kafantari, from which she graduated in 2013 with a diploma as a teacher of classical and contemporary dance, as well as a dancer.
She was drawn to the Pilates method after realizing its importance not only as a strengthening tool for dancers and athletes but also as a valuable means of rehabilitation after injuries and for dealing with everyday strain in people of all ages. In 2014, she completed 500 hours of continuous training and received certification from the international organization BASI Pilates (Body Arts & Science International).
Since then, she has taught in studios in Athens, Thessaloniki, Larissa, Katerini, as well as abroad, sharing her experience and methodological approach with students of all levels and needs. Since 2018, she has been part of the Tri Body Studio team, mainly as a guest Pilates instructor.
