Why we talk about exercise today

As the needs of modern people evolve, the fast pace of life demands new models of training. Life expectancy is increasing, but so is stress. Exercise has become a daily necessity—for all ages, all social groups, and all genders—with respect, knowledge, patience, precision, vigilance, and continuous development.

Our starting point

Alternative exercise first became a rehabilitation tool for us as professionals, because our own bodies are also tested by injuries and strain.

Our story

Thus, Tribody Studio was born in May 2006. Our philosophy is good physical and mental health, balance, and—by extension—well-being. We believe that the mind builds the body. We work with love and dedication to people.
We are exactly what we appear to be; the way we appear is the way we exist. We often don’t realize that what we think and do—how we approach life and ourselves—is reflected in our bodies.

What we do at TBS

At TBS we follow classical Pilates and Yoga techniques with the aim of:

  • building strength,
  • the importance/quality of breathing,
  • rehabilitation,
  • connecting with those around us and with the universe.

Who we are today

At TBS, a space that for 20 years has welcomed dozens of people of every age, we remain relevant, experienced, well-trained, responsible—and genuinely happy.
