Appendix
- Cancellation of a machine reservation must be made 12 hours in advance; otherwise, the class is charged.
- Always carry your attendance card and hand it to the office before class.
- Class duration is 60 minutes.

Program explanations
Pilates Equipment
(machines) Program with apparatus (Reformer, combo chair) in a closed group of 3–4 people. Prior arrangement is required to reserve a spot. Cancellation 12 hours before the class; otherwise it is counted as attendance on the member’s card.
Pilates Props :
Circuit-style, dynamic program using all props. Emphasis on the abdominals, pelvis, legs, and glutes. Suitable for those seeking intensity, rapid strengthening, and increased aerobic capacity.
Pilates Fusion:
Combination of Pilates & Yoga on the mat with isometric stretching and strengthening exercises in continuous flow.
Hatha Yoga:
Uses the body as a tool for inner exploration, aiming at cleansing the body and, by extension, the mind. The class is a good introduction to yoga, and poses can be easily adapted to every level. Practice includes physical work with emphasis on breathing, final relaxation, and meditation — Vinyasa flow: fast and continuous flow suitable for practitioners with some experience.

Swing Yoga:
Program with fabric hammocks for up to 6 people. Reservation required. Ideal for decompression of the spine. Suitable for everyone, including those with limited experience in Pilates and Yoga.
Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga / Mother & baby yoga
Three very important stages in every woman’s life—pregnancy, childbirth–puerperium, parenting & bonding with the infant—become an opportunity for exercise after a long period of physical stress, as well as a form of therapy in cases of postpartum depression. It provides emotional support to mothers in their new role and strengthens the emotional bond with their babies. The baby’s contact with the mother through movement, music, and touch helps better psychomotor development, better digestion, and relief from colic.
